Healthcare is world largest service sector, growing from 8% to 10% GDP (Europe) in 2010. Per capita in US. $ 5500 is spent on healthcare, in Europe $ 3000 annually. Hospitalisation costs are quite dominant: 62%. The healthcare market is estimated to 4000 billion $ whereas the sport market is estimated to a 1000 billion $ market worldwide. European countries spent nowadays about 8% of their GDP on health, in the US already 12%. The health expenditures increase more rapidly than the GDP. Technology in life science is rapidly emerging.
